Tasks can be completed at any time via a personal account. Submitters follow an easy step-by-step approach to submit their work. A dynamically updated report allows monitoring of review progress and reviewers have an overview of their current and previous reviews.
Reviewers can be suggested by submitters, chosen from existing experts within the database or added as required. Invitations are sent using pre-formatted email templates that include links so reviewers can agree or decline to review directly.
Follow-up invitations to reviewers and reminders to return reports are sent automatically when deadlines expire. Administrators are alerted when tasks become overdue or delayed.
As well as receiving email notifications, submitters are informed of decisions through their user account, avoiding issues with lost emails that may be filtered as SPAM etc.
Up-to-the-minute reports and statistics give a comprehensive overview of submission information, such as numbers submitted, country of origin, acceptance and rejection ratios, review and handling times etc. Data can also be exported in standard formats such as xml and excel.

None. This is a hosted, web-based service. This means that no special computer hardware or software is required in order to use the service. Customers and end users only need a computer/mobile device with an Internet browser installed and an email account. It's that simple!
We will give you a link to copy onto your website. Submitters, reviewers and administrators will then be able to login to PhD Reviewer via this link.
You estimate how many submissions you will receive in one year and choose the payment scheme that best fits. Once you have started receiving submissions, we will invoice you accordingly. If you receive more submissions than expected, we will add the extra cost to the following year's invoice.
Information that is entered into the system by users and administrators is the intellectual property of PhD Reviewers's customers. This data can be exported directly or provided in standard electronic formats.
Configurability is important so you get the service you need. We will preset your administrative office with the most usual settings for a PhD School or relevent administrative department within the faculty. You simply select and modify these settings to suit your needs and you can always update settings at a later time to reflect any changes in your review processes.
